Marion Barber to Host Benefit for Children of Malawi, Africa

NEW YORK, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- On Thursday, February 26, Dallas Cowboys Running Back, Marion Barber, and The Jack Brewer Foundation will host the 2nd Annual Eli Klein Fine Art Winter Fundraiser benefiting the children and families of Malawi, Africa.

With 1.2 million orphans in Malawi, JBF Worldwide and host Marion Barber are bringing people together to make a substantial impact. JBF Worldwide is committed to developing initiatives that focus on creating self-sustaining development in Malawi. Proceeds from the fundraiser will enable families to obtain the resources needed to grow and harvest food within their communities.

Gallery owners Eli and David Klein are proud to be active participants and supporters of JBF Worldwide and are committed to holding an annual fundraiser at Eli Klein Fine Arts. In appreciation of their contributions the assembly of interesting guests will take in an evening of fine art, sultry jazz, delicious wine and European cheeses.

The Jack Brewer Foundation is an organization of many initiatives, but center stage is given to the microfinance fund benefiting families in Malawi. Together with the Joyce Banda Foundation in Malawi, JBF has empowered thousands of families by providing small loans in order to create economic stability.
